Here's what to expect from a Hollywood Entertainment Wedding Reception Performance

We arrive an hour before our scheduled start time for set up.

Our equipment is secured, tested and sound checked before your guests arrive.

Your music selections are cross referenced in our library.

We dress appropriately for the occasion.

The appropriate background music selections are played while your guests arrive.

The Bride and Groom are greeted by our DJ upon their arrival to coordinate the "Grand Entrance".

The introductions are made by our DJ.

We coordinate the wedding party prior to the toast.

Our DJ greets your guests and introduces the "Best Man" for the toast and he is more than welcome to use the microphone, and the same goes for anyone else that would like to toast.

We announce dinner.

We'll introduce the "Cutting of the Cake".

We coordinate the Bride, Groom and Wedding Party prior to the "First Dance".

We introduce the "First Dance" and "Wedding Party Dance".

We announce the "Father/Daughter Dance".

We work closely with your photographer to assure he gets the pictures he needs.

We introduce the throwing of the bouquet and garter.

We'll also coordinate a "Dollar Dance" if you like.

We pay close attention the music selections requested by the Bride and Groom.

We also pay close attention to what your guests are responding to and react accordingly.
